On May 7, Yutong officially released a report, showing that its production and sales volume of buses & coaches reached 3,527 units and 3,459 units in April, up by 14.18% and 24.69% year on year respectively.

In April, Yutong produced 1,329 units large-sized buses & coaches, down by 5.07% year on year; in the same month, it sold 1,311 units large-sized buses & coaches, up by 39.32% year on year.

Also in April, Yutong rolled out 1,406 units medium buses & coaches, up by 20.89% year on year; in the same month, its sales volume of medium buses & coaches stood at 1,371 units, up by 6.36% year on year.

In terms of light buses, Yutong’s production and sales volume reached 792 units and 777 units in April, up by 50.57% and 42.83% year on year respectively.

From January to April this year, Yutong produced 10,364 units buses & coaches, up by 20.61% year on year; in the same period, it sold 10,635 units buses & coaches, up by 34.11% year on year.

More specifically, in the first four months this year, Yutong produced 4,143 units large-sized buses & coaches (up by 11.13% year on year) and sold 4.162 units (up by 33.01% year on year); its production and sales volumes of medium buses & coaches both jumped by over 30% year on year, reaching 3,984 units and 4,095 units respectively; its production and sales volumes of light buses stood at 2,237 units and 2,378 units, up by 20.53% and 40.46% year on year respectively.
