On October 9, JMC released its production and sales report that it sold 25081 units in September with a year-to-year decrease of 24.01%. For the first nine months of the year, it sold 24,9084 vehicles of all kinds, an increase of 12.80% from a year earlier.

Light-duty truck is known as JMC’s traditional core business. In September, sales for JMC Light-duty trucks dropped 28.54% to reach 8731 units compared to the year-ago period. The cumulative sales volume of light-duty trucks from January to September 2021 was 88098 units, considered as 0.32% decrease when compared with 2020 YOY.

In September, the total pickup sales of JMC reached 5410 units, down 36.01 percent year on year; From January to September, the total sales of JMC pickups reached 47784 units, a year-on-year increase of 12.54 percent.JMC light-bus sales slided 28.49% YOY to 5877 units in September, 2021. While its cumulative sales grew by 27.40 per cent year-on-year in the January-September period to 7,5811 units.
