On June 28th, Zotye Auto officially announced that it had signed an Exclusive Agency Agreement with SARL AI Auto of Algeria on June 25th. The agreement includes detailed discussions regarding cooperation and future plans in the Algerian market, aiming for mutual benefit and success.

According to the agreement, SARL AI Auto will serve as the exclusive distributor of Zotye Auto in the Algerian automotive market. The initial annual sales target is set at 30,000 vehicles, with plans for a 20% annual growth rate. The range of vehicles to be sold includes models such as the T300, T500, T600, T700, Z700, Z360, and pickups.

SARL AI Auto will establish sales facilities and networks according to Zotye's requirements, setting up direct sales outlets nationwide and expanding sales networks through authorized agents. Additionally, SARL AI Auto will handle after-sales service for Zotye vehicles and manage the brand's promotion and advertising in Algeria.

Zotye Auto, in return, pledges to support SARL AI Auto in developing its distribution network nationwide, providing professional training and technical support for product maintenance and upkeep. This cooperation aims to ensure smooth operations and promote Zotye Auto's prosperous development in the Algerian market.

As part of its global expansion efforts, Zotye has launched the T300 model to the international market back in October 2022 after resuming production and operations at its manufacturing base in Yongkang, Zhejiang Province.
