• Net Profit: RMB 3.29 billion, up 35.4% YoY.

This set of core indicators reflects not only volume expansion but also steadily improving profitability, with breakthroughs across multiple segments laying a solid foundation for high-quality full-year growth.

Light Buses: The Emerging Growth Engine

Sales of Yutong's light buses soared 64.8% to 6,043 units, dynamically reshaping the competitive landscape.

Domestic Market: Leading the Charge on Dual Fronts

China's 2025 bus market is buoyed by policy tailwinds and a recovery in demand. Nationwide "trade-in" subsidies are accelerating the replacement of aging city buses, while a revival in tourism and ongoing rural-urban integration are fueling demand for medium-sized coaches and customized shuttles.

Yutong has capitalized on these trends with targeted innovations:

• City Buses: Its comprehensive 5–18 meter low-floor portfolio and bespoke new-energy solutions drove a 78% surge in domestic sales of large and medium-sized new-energy buses, maintaining its No. 1 market share.

• Coach Segment: The company sold 12,404 large and medium-sized coaches domestically, capturing a dominant 53.6% market share. Sales of new-energy coaches rose 31.5% to 3,381 units, boosting its segment share to 51.6% and cementing its leadership in the ongoing electrification wave.

Overseas Market: New Energy Exports as the New Benchmark

Chinese bus exports continue to be a key growth driver. Yutong exported 10,742 buses in the first nine months (+18.2% YoY), increasing its export share to 19.3%. Notably, 10,477 of these were large and medium-sized units, ranking first in the industry.

Key Q3 deliveries included:

• 372 battery-electric buses to Chile

• 723 city buses to Morocco

• 400 new-energy buses to Pakistan

• 110 C13 Pro luxury coaches to Saudi Arabia

From Belt and Road Initiative markets to the world stage, Yutong's tailored products and full-lifecycle services are enhancing the global footprint of Chinese new-energy buses and significantly expanding the brand's international influence.
