In December 2025, city bus exports reached 4,000 units, up 12.01 % year-on-year and soaring 98.61 % month-on-month. Four manufacturers recorded monthly growth above 100 %.

Yutong Bus led the field with 1,948 units, retaining the No. 1 spot. Golden Dragon Bus jumped from fifth last month to second. BYD took third with 301 units, matched exactly by Higer Bus to share the podium.
Zhongtong Bus surged 418 % to claim fifth place. CRRC Times Electric, posting steady monthly volumes, advanced to sixth. Ankai Bus leapt to seventh on 184 % growth. King Long Bus slipped to eighth, while Foton AUV held tenth.
For January-December 2025, city bus exports totaled 29,576 units, locking in a full-year increase of 29.49 %.

The year’s top ten: Yutong Bus, BYD, Higer Bus, Zhongtong Bus, Foton AUV, King Long Bus, Golden Dragon Bus, Ankai Bus, CRRC Times Electric and Yangtse Bus.
Annual champion Yutong Bus delivered 8,460 city buses, building a commanding lead. BYD secured runner-up position in the 4,000-unit tier. The 3,000-unit bracket saw fierce competition: Higer Bus finished third with 3,032 units, followed closely by Zhongtong Bus at 2,944 units and Foton AUV at 2,750 units, who swapped fourth and fifth places.
